Quality Assurance
A core test is carried out to ensure that the core lamentation are sound in that there are not localized overheated areas, which cause the winding to fail prematurely.
Technical Precision
All motors specifications are checked through a computer program to ascertain whether the flax density in the core and motor slots are within designed specifications.
Performance Testing
Motors are tested to determine whether the calculated voltage and current corresponds to the actual reading taken before the stator is varnished and cured.
Dielectric Durability
Post-varnish insulation resistance and high-potential dielectric verification is conducted to ensure the winding system is moisture-sealed and capable of handling peak operating voltages.
Precision Dynamic Balancing
All rotating components are dynamically balanced to ISO G2.5 precision, mitigating structural vibration and protecting against fatigue failure in high-speed and high-torque motors.
